Forest MD is based in Singapore.

Where are your products formulated and produced?
Can I get Forest MD products in other stores or websites, or in other countries?
Do Forest MD products contain any parabens, synthetic fragrances or colorants, or other chemical nasties?
Do Forest MD products contain fragrance?
Are your products tested on animals?
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Orders and Payment FAQ

How do I place an order?
  1. Visit www.forest-md.com on your computer or mobile device. Create an account, if you have not already done so.
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. Browse (by products / concerns) and add items to your cart by selecting your desired product size and quantity before clicking “Add to cart” at the bottom of the product page.
  4. To review the items in your cart, click the shopping cart icon on the top right corner of the page
  5. If you have an applicable promo code, enter it and click “Apply coupon”. Discounts, if applicable, will be calculated thereafter.
  6. Click on “Proceed to checkout” when you are ready to place the order.
  7. Key in your billing and shipping details on the next page, and select your preferred shipping method. Self-collection is available during our operating hours.
  8. Read and agree to Forest MD’s Terms & Conditions, before clicking “Place order”.
  9. Select payment mode by “Credit Card (Stripe)” or “PayPal”. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make payment.
  10. Complete the payment.
  11. You will receive an email confirmation shortly after you have successfully made payment.

We ship locally in Singapore, and internationally to destinations covered by DHL (e.g. Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, Brunei, Australia, United Kingdom, USA)

WHEN WILL MY PARCEL BE DELIVERED?

Once your order is processed, a WhatsApp message will be sent to inform you of the delivery date and the estimated delivery timing.

If you need to make changes to the delivery date or timing, please get in touch with Forest MD’s Customer Service at 6738 9921, or email us at customercare@forest-md.com immediately. If your order has not been picked up by our courier partner, rescheduling may be possible.

WHY IS THERE A DELAY IN DELIVERY?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase at Forest MD. While all sales are final to maintain product safety, we offer a Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If, within 14 days of receiving your order, our product does not meet your expectations, please contact us at customercare@forestmd.com. Kindly provide your order number and details for personalised assistance. Your trust in Forest MD is valued, and we are committed to resolving any concerns to your satisfaction.

While we do not offer product samples, you are welcome to visit our store at IYAC Medspa, 1 Orchard Boulevard, #06-04 Camden Medical, Singapore 248649, to try out the Forest MD products personally. Our friendly team will be happy to assist you and provide recommendations, if needed.
